Arrival Seisia

Arrived Seisia at midday, almost exactly the time we predicted. The night went well despite a thunderstorm to the north of us. We had a little rain but overall pretty good. The wind gusted up this morning with some showers about the place but they cleared and the sun came out again. Seven boats were already in the anchorage and six have arrived today. Needless to say the anchorage is rather crowded. There is just a central channel and then it is quite shallow so not a lot of room.

We will be here until at least Thursday waiting out some strong winds over the next couple of days. It will then lighten off and we should be able to get round the tip of Cape York and start southwards down the Queensland coast.
