Arrived Taluk Lung, Balambangan Island, about 1245 after departing Kudat just after 0800. An easy motor sail in light conditions but overcast and then drizzle from the tropical depression passing to the north of us. About half way the bilge pump went off and investigation discovered that the high pressure hose from the high pressure pump on the watermaker had sprung a leak! Took all afternoon to cut the hose and refit the connector and get it all back together again.
Four boats in the anchorage. Three came from Kudat and one from further south so a bit of company. Beautiful white beaches to our north but no swimming as it has been drizzling most of the afternoon. We did see some blue sky but not for long.
An early start planned for tomorrow to get us to Clarendon Bay, Balabac Island in the Philippines.
Position: 07* 16.252N, 116* 59.545E
