Managed to drag ourselves away from the lovely anchorage at Corong Corong Bay and make our way towards the northern tip of Palawan Island. Conditions were quite blustery with wind 20-30 knots from the east, so off the land. Used the engine as we wanted to make water to fill our tanks. We are anchored in about 6 metres on sand in Diapila Bay, 11 deg. 24.530N, 119 deg. 28.620 E, which is well protected with the wind offshore. We may stay a couple of days until conditions are more favourable for getting to Linapacan Island which is around the top and to the east.
